At MAXPRO Fitness, we stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and a Return Authorization form to include inside the box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your MAXPRO equipment in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
